SHIPPING
- Please add $12 flat rate shipping per order for the lower 48 States. Alaska, Hawaii, and International extra. Email for cost.
- All projects will be shipped Insured up to $100 value through UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Add $3 for insurance over $100 value if desired.
- Shipping time from the time we receive your package is 2-4 weeks
- Please package your media securely. We are not responsible for lost or damaged media. We recommend you ship through a reputable shipper such as UPS, Federal Express, or DHL, so your package can be tracked and insured. We'd hate for you to lose irreplaceable memories!
- Please send an email with your tracking number so we can track your package. We will send an email with a shipping tracking number upon shipment.
- Please arrange your media in the order you would like it to appear in you DVD
- Returns are limited to product defects within 15 days of receiving your DVD
- Honey Hole Video Production reserves the right to use any footage for promotional needs, which may include but not limited too, YouTube, CamoSpace, FaceBook, ect. unless requested by customer in writing.
- 10 Pointer, Matriarch, and Booner are the only products returnable for artistic edits
- Local Pickup and Delivery FREE withing 30 miles of MBS Airport
- No cash or credit refunds. Replacements only.
